DCF Growth Rate
The default Growth Rate % used in DCF Valuation model seems incorrect based on the description of how it is determined (i.e. median of 3 growth estimates). Two examples (BAC and HCA) showing this:
Related question: Should the default Graham model Growth Rate % be different from that used by DCF? That is, for Graham is it necessary to add the 4th variable (past 5 years)? Using BAC for example, adding the 4th variable apparently catapults the Growth Rate from 8.5% (median based on 3 variables in the DCF model) to 16.62% shown for the Graham model. +16.62% is an exceeding high number that defies common sense for BAC's future growth prospects.

payout ratio bug in key stats, Dividend Yield is positive, payout ratio is zero
I have included a screen grab to show the issue.

Add Net Current Asset value to screener
I know there are not a lot of these stocks around right now, but I would still love to be able to screen for NCAV or your adapated Net Net stocks.
Thanks

Can't edit screener's
I have tried several times today to edit screeners. When I click on the Edit button the screen does not change and "Edit " disappears. I have tried both refreshing the site and quicking and signing back in. Neither works.

New fields to include in the category Valuation (save screener)
Hi Jae, I suggest including in the "VALUATION" category the median of the fair value and the price below which the stock should be bought

Please add relative strenght to screener
It would be nice to do something like 5 day return vs s&p500 > 1 and 1-month return vs s&p > 2 etc. This would give us a sense of how strong the stock is compared to say the sector or industry

book to market bug in screener
I have selected book to market in one of my screeners. In the header (when displaying the companies that pass the screener) it says it is displaying Book to Market, but in fact looks like it is displaying Price to Book. When I enter the individual company the Book to Market figures look correct but do not match the display in the general listing of companies that past the screen.

payout ratio bug in screener
I have tried repeatedly to set the high end of payout ratio threshold to 50%. The screener changes the input to 0.5% which is clearly not the same thing. No matter what I have tried, the screener will not allow me to set a proper payout ratio. The slider only jumps in 100% increments. There also seems to be some bugs in the data showin some companies paying a dividend with a 0% payout ratio.
