figured out what the issue is. On iphone, the top bar doens't minimize. On android looks to work. Will get it fixed.

the spreadsheet is a temporary solution. But in the app, everything will be linked up.

Im going to redo the summary page because it was put together hastily and I believe it sort of shows. Need to make the summary page a place that will give the story and information needed at a glance.

I need to completely redo the design of EPV to make it much easier and friendlier to use. Other valuation sections coming.

Do you mean when you go to the valuation page and change the inputs?

right now, with all the other development needs in progress, will unfortunately have to decline this.

In terms of ROI and what % of the user base is requesting it, the time and cost to do this far exceeds the usability.

The (?) buttons should display extra info and explanations when you click on it.
