Cash Flow Analysis for REITs

It would be great if there is a valuation model for REITs which doesn't look at earnings but P/FFO, AFF per share, AFFO payout ratio.

will have to put this on the decline list, not because it's not a good suggestion, but until I can get better stats for financial stocks, it won't work because data for REIT's and financial companies is different and I'll need to find another data provider.
